Playing the tour

I've been searching how to subscribe in tournaments and I can't figure it ou (TE 2013). The main page said that I can't play TE2011 tournament, so, where to subscribe at TE2013 tournaments? Sorry if it's a FAQ but I'm very into playing the tour.

First make sure you are actually a member of the TE tour (you can't participate in a tournament until you are a member).

Go to your Personal Page and click "Change your user profile" then check the box next to " PC Tennis Elbow 2011 Player." Scroll to the bottom and click "Submit."

At this point you should be able to join a tournament - doing so by going to the TE home page and clicking "SIGNUP" for the tournament you wish to play.
