idea to attire new players

i think a site who dont progress is a site will be die...and it s not true for us : australian open had 76 signs up , french open 82 and Wimbledon 88
but i think to attire new players , we could create a tournament with only beginners : with some hosts who help us for all : how host ? , what is cet time ? ; certains dont ose participate at tournements because they have shame with knowledges in computers , others dont ose to participate at tournaments because they tell me the level is too high...
it s just a idea

Maybe a helper for finding match time. Like calendar or something.
New people are always required. But i dont know if its the goal of the guys. Too many ppl can make it too difficult you know.
