Quarter-Finals
Clog (Nadal) def. Felipe10 (Murray) 6-2 6-2
Well first of all, I think I'm lucky that Felipe didn't play at his highest level. Even though I had never played against him before this match, he recently won in Helsinki so I'm pretty sure he could have played better.
Those two sets were pretty similar. At the beginning of the first set, I had early occasions thanks to Felipe10's unforced errors, which I seized, and I led 3-0 pretty quickly. Then he got a break to come back to 3-2. I tried not to freak out and stayed focus because I knew that I couldn't consider the match was won before it actually was. After a hard fight to lead 4-2, Felipe10 made a few more errors, and I could take the first set.
As I said, the second set was almost the same. I didn't want to think I had won, so I tried to keep on playing as good as possible. As in the first set, Felipe made errors so I could lead 4-0. After 4 "normal" games, I could finish it on the second match point.
I'm glad I won this match, because I wasn't confident at all before it. Hope the semi-finals will be as successful.
