Though, again, we have 4 different types of hard surfaces wich physics are really different.

from slowest to fastest :

Plexicushion
Cement
Blue green cement
Hard Indoor

Meaning one of those has to be assigned for the (hard) tournaments.

Or you can just assign an existing court to keep it simple, like Beijing, for Ningboo, for example, wich is the same thing that assigning a surface but maybe more straightforward.

Elias, we are working on implementing this. For now, feel free to identify the surface on the forum. Thanks! :) (feel free to edit my post)

Ok :)

Still you're not forced to implement 4 more surface options, using the court field to specify an existing court included in the mod should be enough as it's implicitely refering to a surface at the same time.

Regarding the end of season tournaments, there is lots of indoors, i would say 1 indoor hard, and the other being Cement or Blue/Green maybe.

The options are added now. Ill give a quick peak to this weeks challengers.

Our apologies in advance for sometimes not inputting the correct surface though and instead go with just hard or clay. Old habbits will die hard. Ive been doing it the old way since 2005.

Spencercarlos d Kono 6-2 6-7(4) 7-6(2)

My third match on tour so far the toughest.

First set no breaks until 2-2 Kono serving, i was able to get his serve back, and some nice rallies going my way to break for the first time and held up for the rest of the set, sandwiched with another break at 2-4 Kono.

The second set started with a break point to take an early lead and could not convert, and from then on it was a huge struggle. He started to rally better from the baseline and it became more and more difficult to string points on his serve.. He had a couple break points in the second set which i saved and the set eventually ended with a minibreak fest tiebreak (6 minibreaks in all 4 to him).

In the third set i started serving which gave me some confidence to estabish an early lead, i had a couple of break points again, could not convert and 2 15-30 games but it was not to be. Another tiebreak was going to decide.

Luckily i got a nice deep return at 1-1 that enabled a rally going, then to 4-1 after that and another minibreak at 2-4 Kono serving. The match finished with a forehand winner. A great match against a great sportsman like Kono..

Both had 32 unforced errors in this match but i managed more winners, he had more aces, in all very even, probably the slim difference were the return points won.

Next time contact the tournament host concerning a walkover instead of inputting a blank result. And if he doesnt respond you can always contact me.
