Hi, there is a problem with tennis elbow installation.i Think that if one have Windows Xp and would follow the steps of what do you need to get started forum, he can't install. I Say that because i have installed tennis elbow following the steps in my pc with Windows 7 and it works, but yesterday i wanted to help shocase with installation and this happens:
He has Windows xp, i follow him step by step of the post ( and do the same on my second pc with windows xp)and at end the games doesn't works and says error......
So i try on my second pc with Windows xp a second method: i delete pak1 pak2 build and buildmac from sam patch(all subfolders) , then delete pak1 and pak2 from itst 1.03 patch and i install new build ,copy the key, copy the sam Patch without pak1, pak2 , build and buildmac, copy the itst 1.03 patch without pak 1 and 2 and it works on my pc with Xp.I say Shocase this and follow him and it works. So i think that will be posted the second method on forum for the players that have Windows XP.

Did you created an "ITST" (named exactly like this) profile the first time you loaded the game ?

Because at the first game load the ITST profile is not loaded automatically and the characters are not there. create an "ITST" profile (if you dont find the option for it, it's the smiley icon on the right) , then quit the game, and reload it.

As for the courts, i didnt had them available at the first time as well, i got all the courts available after switching the courts display in 2D (3D courts off) in the video options, quitting the game, and re-launching the game. (after this you can switch back to 3D display and you should still have the courts selection available).

I forgot to mention if you dont find the smiley icon on the right for profile management, you have to activate "advanced options" in the preferences (last bottom icon on the right)

In what game modes are these activated? (Training club/world tour/online)

What do I do to be able to play online?

Courts ? well i don't play offline world tour so i can't say but probably available in world tour.

You just select a court in the play options (where you select as well single/doubles, number of sets, etc.), and the the court is activated for training club, and online (if you are hosting you have the court you selected).

Anyway there is actually too much crappy 2d blurry courts, and sam's patch is too heavy. We'll probably come up in some time with a lighter patch, with probably a reduced number of courts, keeping only good ones and adding some nice HD 2D courts.

Not sure i understand the question but, maybe you are talking about the name wich is written in the top bootom of the screen when you select the court ?

As it is for now, you have to select the court by the name you see in the large graphic logo (roland garros logo, BNP paribas logo etc), it's the only information you have, as the text info you will see at the bottom of the screen will only be a surface reference ( blue green cement, synthetic, grass, indoor hard, etc )

Also test the courts in 2D and 3D mode. the customisation is generally better in 2D because it's using photos of real courts. but some are good ones, some are very poor, and you can't change your cam view in 2D mode.

That is what I meant. Thanks for your help.

What are the ports that you forward to play online?

I did this and the players are loaded but they don't look right and the courts aren't there. For example, Djokovic is wearing green and black without any wristbands..

I really don't understand what's happening with your game, this is pretty strange.. I'm starting to wonder if your sam patch download could have been be corrupted, but then you wouldn't probably succeed to extract the content i guess ..

Last days i created a Sam patch archive, wich i previously cleansed of any nasty files (*.pak and build.* files), this is actually the folder i'm keeping in my hard disk to apply on fresh installs when a new TE build is released. I uploaded it on several hosts, maybe you can try to redownload this one then retry with it ?

Also keep in mind, the first time you create/load the ITST roster, the chars often doesnt appear correctly (in my case they appear showing their back insteed of facing me), then you have to quit the game and launch it again and then it should appear correctly.
