One down: VMoe86 (Federer) defeats butcher (Dimitrov), 7-6 (5), 7-6 (1), 2-6, 6-3
For the first time I don't feel like writing a match report, simply having the desire to skip all that stuff.

This match started on Sunday, where I won the first set, but it was interrupted by Desyncs and so we decided to rehost for 2nd set, resetting router and so on. Second set I was up 2-0 (no Desyncs!) and suddenly they were there again, so we stopped and investigated that issue. With Elias these Desyncs could be reproduced, but Elias and butcher did not have them. Consequently I was willing to give WO to butcher and cancel my Sign Up for Wimbledon. butcher declined, he even declined replaying whole match, because it was the same for both. Great player, great sportsman, a pity we met that early!
It took longer to fix that issue, so we could not finish match on Monday, but finally on Tuesday evening. There were no problems today at all.

First set we warmed up and in 2nd got to 2-0 for me, 15-0 with butcher serving. He started aggressive, held comfortably for 1-2 and I was completely overwhelmed in my first service game, he broke me easily. It was 2-2 and he also got to 3-2, but he had to save one or two break points to manage that. Finally I found some more groove and held for 3-3, it continued that way until 4-4. There I got to some break chance and converted one, serving for the 2nd set. I knew it was important to win this set, especially with me having invested more Stamina than him, but I got tight, had one set point, but I did not play it well. He broke and held for 6-5 afterwards, me serving to stay in the set -- perfect service game there! In the tie break I was investing a lot in every point and won it then 7-1, I did not want to let this set go and I didn't, phew.
My Stamina now was 50% OE (for quite some time in 2nd set), his was a bit better, like two or three bars. So, I decided to still give it all in 3rd set until mid of it, to see if I could win in straight sets. I could not finish points early anymore, or very rarely, after a good serve, because my OE was under 50% and IE even lower most of the time... We exchanged breaks at the beginning, until he was up a break, 3-2. I got to 15-40 on his service game, two break back points, which I did not convert. Then I let that set go, to at least get back some Stamina for 4th set.
4th set was a combination of end of 2nd set and middle of 3rd set: A bit better Stamina for both, but also many draining rallies. I got one break, luckily, then I focused on holding serve and he also kind of waved the white flag when I was serving it out, making two errors on balls he would not have missed before.
It was great movement from both of us, so good that we were able to neutralize each other in this match-up, which made the match depend quite a bit on luck on low Stamina points, ridiculous exchanges at the net with weird balls on which we both had to LOL! sometimes. The drama was there, but not really exciting rallies, to be honest -- something we both agree on, so back to work for ITST Mod 1.16.

Good luck at Wimbledon, butcher, please no R16 encounter with you! Next up is Richie for me, rematch from Rome Final.
