First time I had to call it "No Match" in a final, but I gave them enough time to play the match and solve any technical issues. inseedious cannot host in the meantime, the only person who could open the port for Robbin did not have time for it -- so neither of them could host. So, due to very bad conditions the tournament was concluded and both get the finalist's points.

I'm sorry for this bad example but both me and Robbin were unable to play. I moved to Milan two weeks ago to attend Bocconi university, so I'm still waiting for an ADSL connection. It's a very frustrating thing for me, because I'm an expert and a fanatic of "good connections" with low ping and I'm obliged to play using my iPhone 4 as a hotspot. Fortunately, in 10 days I'll have my ADSL connection set in gaming profile, so this situation will finally end. I must say that playing through my iPhone wasn't so bad (even though 3G connection has a high ping jitter, i player some very good 65-70ms games), but both me and Robbin couldn't host.
Nothing to say about the "no match", it was the best thing to do as two people can't paralyze the entire weekly program.
