Congrats to Michael and I also thank him for allowing me to stay ahead of C4iLL in the rankings. I guess Paris points won't count for World Tour Finals. So as long as I don't do worse than Robbin at Shanghai, I should be safe (and if Otlichno does not come back here, I don't have to worry at all).

Yeah this fun our little battle for the ranking Vmoe I really like it :)
The fact is that I loose a huge amount of points with my defeat at first round so, there's nothing to fear right now for you !
But beware, Terminator is still around

They will count. The WTF won't begin until all tournaments are completed and the rankings have been updated - even if it means delaying the start of the WTF by a few days. 8)

Then at least make the WTF date after the theoretical date Paris finishes, so that I don't get false hope on being safe. :P With my luck, I'll draw Voja in the first round of every upcoming tournament.

@C4iLL: Yep, the most interesting ranking battle. I noticed vlad's result. ;) With Shanghai, I'm ahead 280 points and I can still add some points, but now the going gets tough -- I sense some deciding set(s) coming up in my next match(es). :|

The ITST start-date of the WTF is one week later than the ATP start date. That said, the start-date is flexible based on the progress of the Paris Masters. When Paris ends (and the rankings are updated) the WTF will begin.

I honestly think we gonna play the finals Vmoe ; it's mainly Robbin who is in danger (if Otlichno doesn't show up off course).

True, Michael has to lose a match soon or he will pass me in the ranking.
Hope I can get some good draws or reach my level of around the US Open again, I'll need it to qualify for WTF.

This time, I think I played at a good level (in the contrary of our first match).
I play this one with specific tactics that allowed me to control and sometimes dominate a lot of exchanges. It's really strange because throughout all the match I had the feeling to control the game, but at the end I lost.

If, I believe and am sure that I was lucky, I believe that it was not my day and that your you should have won :|
