The tour is a very stressful experience, very far from my exhibition matches ^^ I just feel lucky, i didn't really won important points, VMoe just gave me the important points.

I played 2 matches on the tour, and both of my opponents talk about Federer serve. I think they aren't the only one who has already treated that subject. And it seems Federer serve will be reduce in the futur. My question about that is will the other player serve will be reduce as well ? Will Federer speed serve will be the only change for him in the next build ?

I had a little discussion about the game with VMoe and my suggestion is not to make a next build but let players to go one with their on stats, fixing a limit.

Why ? Cause everybody got an advantage knowing who you are going to play. For an example Federer has a powerfull forehand so you will be careful to that and probably focus his backhand. Knowing most of the players in the real ATP Tour, you could easily try to build up a tactic before your match whereas in real life you can get the advantage with the fact that your opponent doesn't know your weakness. My match against VMoe would have been probably different if i didnt know that Youzhny got a good backhand and good skills with the net.

I think personalize players give everybody a real identity and improve the realistic way that I suppose ITST is trying to take. Managames tour already exist and i think going that way give a meaning to the ITST tour for the tactic.

I hope everybody could think about it, cause seeing the last matches, ITST tour looks like a big mind game, and i think we can make it more interesting and fair

In the ATP tour everyone knows the style of everybody, and ITST is something like ATP.

Personally i'm 100% against that. It's wonderful to play games with real players, build a tactic before, see if it works etc.

Some guys will struggle against some setups, but can be a nightmare to play against other setups. It creates an incertainty and it's more realistic by the way.

It's very cool however, you try to think about increasing the tour, etc. It's a good mind :D

In the ATP tour everyone knows the style of everybody, true for some people just like most of the top 10 players who often meet each others but what about player like Goffin who played against Federer at RG ?

People who play tennis IRL just like me probably know what i wan't to mean here. Most of the time first point are here to discover how your oppenent plays whereas here if you play against Federer you know obviously that he has a big forehand so first point you'll try to avoid that. If you didnt know that you probably would have spend some point before spoting it.

By the way i do understand that playing with pro may be attractive, but i really think that the ITST tour has a big bunch of players who are very clever, i can see it by watching Otlic, VMoe. And i think that having personalize players could improve the realistic side and of course build up real personaliy and most important DIVERSITY.

Most of the players take Federer Djocko, and well ATP tour has only one Federer and Djocko. This is kind disturbing me, having pretty similar style.

Anyway hope that everybody could think about all those. I'm not against the pro, find it cool but i'd rather prefer everyone have their own identity tactic, their own facilities and weakness which cannot be real possible as you can switch players every tournament.

The pro roster is the key o Itst tour i think! So near this the hosts will create a second tour with created players

No It's not only Federer serve, but serves, more globally. There is overall too much acing in our matches, due to 2 factors, the serve power is overall too high (you shouldn't see for example Federer, or Djokovic having an average first serve speed around 120-122mph in a whole match, but more around 115-117mph, with a max around 128/130), but this is also true for some other players. And the consistencies are sometimes too high, allowing a too high first serve %, and serving at max speed too much often.

I understand your point of view Fox, as I'm playing tennis as well.

We could then allow someone to create custom character with custom stats, but with very low stats in comparaison of the others players of the roster.

Unknown people like Goffin, generally are largely less good than the top players. The prize for the mystery would be really less good stats then, I think it would be a balance.

But how would we check you have not high stats ? :/
Currently we can check you play with the right player, with the CRC things in the menu...

A custom chars tour is a whole different concept and would be a different tour anyway. If TE tour has enough succes with a large playerbase in the future, it should probably be conceivable to start another tour. But for a start, a Pro's tour still has much more appeal to most people :)

Well i think its always better to have only one tour. Pro Tour is not really bad, what i don't really like its the lack of diversity, the rest is not rather a problem cause actually i think most of the people including me like the actual tour.

By the way i hope that the game will not completely change with the futur build. Sure some things can be or should be change just like the service true, but i hope that they would not be many changes cause when i see the RG final, well i would say nothing to add ^^

But changes in stats are needs at 100%! Before the build we have long rallies, good points and if you play against a beginner, the difference is high. Now after played against newers i can't break one time, only rallies of Max 4 shots on clay and this is under all player's eyes.

For the tour , the pro tour is tha main tour and more funny, in future if you want a new tour it shouldn't substitute the pro tour but must be a addiction only.

The mistake is thinking that giving people a range to work with will add to the diversity of the tour. This is not necessarily the case. People will find the best way to play the game and flock to the setup that suits that the best. It is the managements experience from other tours (for a variety of different tennis games) that this eventually leads to players using only a few setups. This in itself is not a bad thing. Many games can be very much enjoyed even with this fact.

We believe that this would not be in the nature of this game though. This game has so much more to offer then any other tennis game out there in the sense of using different tactics to win a match.

Maybe we are wrong. That could very well be the case. Ii am open for being persuaded with good arguments. For example, how is the diversity in the managames tour? I believe they allow a certain range in stats there. For now i think we are better off trying to make a round of adjustments on our pro player roster to balance it out more.
