Here are the match stats...

Well... this is greatest victory in my short ITST tour career. I remember my first match against floriann and first one in 2013 calendar year. it was like : "he is way too good. it's impossible to get a winner against him.". Well, i improved much since then and he is one of the reasons i did cause i learned many things and improved them by watching his matches so thanks for that floriann :)

on the match... it was hard battle for me to win playing only on baseline. my good net play in this match was crucial in my opinion. although, i agree with floriann and i had a feeling that he did not play at his best. also, some unforced errors on my break points which also made my life easier. too bad we met already in 2nd round. but it seems to me there are many great players on this tournament, like it is some masters or grand slam and not 250 tournament.
i have to say... federer is not so bad as many people think. he is very dangerous

75% of your net approaches won (24 points) vs such a good player, this is really excellent ! You should try Llodra on a 250 :)

Butcher (Federer) def. Robbin92(Tsonga) 6-3 7-6 (4)

Well this superstar 250-tournament is over for me. I think I lost with a good battle, but just like in recent exhibitions against good players when it gets close and the points really matter I don't play my best tennis resulting in another lost match.
The first set was a one-break set for Butcher who played solid overall and gave me no chance of a rebreak.
In the second set I played a bit better and took Butcher's service at 3-2. Though I couldn't continue and got rebroken immediately as my first service failed.
Butcher ran on love to 4-4 and got to 0-30 on my service. Then I told myself I had to fight for the rest of the set and this mental brought me to the tiebreak.
I started well with an ace. He missed his first service but I misread his second, another ace: 1-1. Then the point what gave him the tiebreak in my perception as it killed my concentration.
I did hit a deep return, he brought it back with a FH slice of which I thought it would go out. I thought I already had the point but saw that the score was 2-1 in his favour, apparently the ball had hit 0,0000001 millimeter of the line .
Lost my concentration a bit with as result Butcher could take over the points and come to the net where he's deadly.
Good luck in the final mate!

AlexJasmins (Murray) vs C4iLL (Llodra) = 6-4, 6-3.

Well the score is really not representative of the reality of the match as his game services often went to 40-a with several break points saved. I should have broken more, but he just played well on these points and things always turned on his side on the key moments, it's the realism of the champion :)
I think his great run also makes the difference ; it seems he has the feeling he can't loose, even when you put him in real trouble (like 15-40 on his service) or when you make him run all over the court, he stays calm ^^

First set : As usual I began without warm-up (maybe it's an error ^^) and I got broken directly to be led 2-0...
I broke back (mountain) by increasing the level and get back to 2-2.
Despite intense fights, often going to 30-a, I didn't manage to break and we went to 5-4. Thanks to great passings he won my service and the set 6-4... :(

Second set : Once again he broke at the beginning of the set, but this time with great anticipation I think (always on the good side when I hit a smash or when I play a Smashed volley...).

I had several break points situation to come back troughout the set on his service but he always saved them by being extremely solid and hitting perfect passings.
At 5-3 on my service, first point, he caught an extremely powerful volley / forehand just because he stayed on the good side. The point after I was neutralized by a let, afterward I just gave up and he won 6-3 ^^

At the end, I have to say Alex is among the best tacticians of the tour, plus great ability to hit passings. But once again, I really have the feeling I can beat him (even in two sets !). Hope to prove it soon :)

Maybe Alex will pull a Djokovic 2011 and won't lose until Roland Garros SF against the World Number 3? ;)

No chance. Mighty butcher will stop him in the final. Only Croats are worthy to win this tournament which is unofficially regarded as the 5th Slam.

Playing butcher in the final on a hard indoor court will totally be a test for Alex. Will be interesting and revealing about Alex's 2013-supremacy.

Sorry croats but Portugal takes the Title :P Very good match and tough one, He played brilliant in some points but in the end guess experience and Tactically i played better. He's a good player and I'm sure he will improve and become very dangerous. GG and GL for 2013 Butcher
