I suggest that the first division was only one team from each country (maximum), like in reality.

Other teams in large countries would play second division

I think that the first step for Davis Cup was made with opening thr sign up for the first doubles tournament

i have an idea : we could play the number one of each team between them , idem for the two and idem for the three
sure , it s not the reality...: but the advantage is our dacis cup LIVES and , in a next future , the doubles will relay this arcad davis cup ; and , too , each player can win a match very important for his team through he don t play well

i real one would be so much better though.

I think that it can start after the end of Wimbledon's doubles. Of course there must be a support and from the hosts tournament and from the ITST managment.

I tried doubles and playing with CPU is just not fun for me. CPU sometime plays better than me and sometime is useless. No tactic, you can only hope he will have a good day. On the other hand coop doubles are great. I played only couple of matches, most of them with G.Dimitrov and although we sucked it was fun. You can discuss your moves and for change it's nice playing with and not against someone.
