Good match,my second win. He was serving great in the first set so it was impossible to break him, but he broke me for 3-2 and i got crazy. I rebroke and then we went to 6/6 with great serving. I managed to lead for 3-0.. But then he return for 4-3 for him.. Then I kept my service for 4-5. Then I did one minibreak and the score was 6-5 for me.. I did one drop shot and the ball was out with millimeters.. But then I managed to win the tiebreak 8-6.
In second set his service was really bad and i broke him for 4-3.. Then when he was serving to stay in match i broke him again and won the match 7/6(6)

Most of the time i was defending great and he did couple of errors. When the second set start he ask me if I change my stats on federer. I said no and to see my CRC if he want, but he didn't do it. Anyway good match and you are very good at the net,maybe you can try with llodra. Good luck in future.

It's possible to check the #CRC also with a replay file (bringing F5/F6), wich i did. Dimitrov has the proper Federer CRC wich is 12651870, but Ismail has a wrong CRC for Tsonga ... he has 12555076 when it should be 12554901.



It's probably not intentional, but please, be very careful with this nifty option dialog wich shows after a fresh install, the first time you host or join a network game, ALWAYS ANSWER DON'T ASK AGAIN to this dialog, or it will automatically change your character stats before joining a game :



If you wrongly answered to this window "Set skills for **** style", then your characters stats are changed by the game. Then you have to get back in the training club and reload the char.

Aziz Ismail probably has played this match with lowered power for his char wich is a bit too bad regarding Tsonga..

An that's also why it's always better to check the #CRC's each time you start a match. just print out the CRC list (you can find the PDF file in this thread : http://intertopspintour.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=16487 ) and bring the opponent CRC with F6 to have a quick check, it's pretty straightforward and will prevent any mistake.

Well, it was a great match, though my opponent probably deserved a better score, indeed he had 5 break points but I saved them with big serves, and then in the first we logically went to a tie-break, it was tough, with a few mini-breaks, the decisive one came at 5-5 when he served, I concluded the first on mine.

But in the second he could have won if he was a little bit more lucky. Indeed he had a break point at 2-1 for him and 2 at 4-3. I saved then, and the game just after I managed to break on my second occasion, and I guess I was realist because those were my first break points of the match. Then I ended the match on my serve, though he led 0-30.

Congrats to him, he could have won the match, and I guess I was just luckier today. I got to point the fact he's really great at volley, with counter foots everytime

A match which was easier than expected, explained by the fact it was his second match only with Murray. I don't know what to say about the match, there weren't hot moments, only 3 breaks in the match and some great serves (18 aces for me, 15 for him).

2 looses in a row against Elias, and now falling against Robbin at R16 in Rogers Cup. I think no one can be luckier than me ! XD

More seriously i think i needed a strong mental to get out of that trap. A learn a bit about Robbin, and i was waiting for a hudge battle. I knew it would be tough but that win was really important for me and that was my only aim.

Quickly Robbin showed me that he isn't afraid about anything. On his serve it was simply impossible to hurt him. Indeed he has 56% first serve but it look like to me he had 90% first serve. The fact that his second ball was pretty well place with a lot of lift, my return wasn't efficient at all on all his engagement to seek for a break.

My only hope was only to keep it tied and aim the tie break and try to make the difference. Unfortunatly Robbin was simply stronger, and my serve wasnt good enough to disturb him. At last he got the break at 6-5 and won the first set.

Second set wasn't better for me. Lot of pressure on my serve, i needed to be perfect in order to hope staying alive in that match. Finally i managed to keep it tied, i struggled and tried to read his game which worked in the tie break. Indeed he quickly corrected and kept it tied. At last the pressure got him and he made a double fault when i quickly took advantage wining the tie break 7-5.

Third set, i had a mental advantage on him where he could not bare the pressure. Finnaly first break point came where i managed to took advantage. I variate a lot my serve where he was enable to return and simply closed the exit for any comeback.

Indeed with 33 aces and 70% first serve i could tell you that i struggled on my serve more that him.

Robbin dominated me and he think technically his was stronger that me with a wonderful reading in the game. Hard to take advantage. I managed to steal the win, with my serve and i think a lot of mental, that was the only key.

Congrats to my oponnent cause we always need to be at least two champ to make a such a great much. US Open will be the biggest tournament of the year i swear. See you soon Robbin !
