For many this will solve issues. EG, andry3000 had same issue. This is very good for the tour, i'm certain there are several other players out there who have been crippled by vsync.

The tearing is a actually caused by turning Vsync off. But this tearing is not a problem, its just a minor asthetic thing. And freezing has nothing to do with Vsync (at least in my case). It is purely "input lag", that is, my key presses dont register properly, so its as if I am never charging a shot.
So, in fact, nobody properly diagnosed the issue.
Just sayin.

- Avoid the 58.8 fps glitch, so restart computers, give up the fancy graphics options.
- Start and close TE at least 2 times before playing any match ; I always noticed TE boots way slower at first start, than second start...
- Tune the delay : a long time ago Inseedious pointed out the fact that too short delays can make the game slow, I think it's true... sometimes.
