new Davis Cup?

i think we could create a new style for Davis Cup : we could keep the style with 2 players in singles and 1 double but we could "choose" our partner
in fact we could play with a friend of itst tour who could have a different nationality
i think it could a big success : play with his "brother" : so funny!
more , it could have so many teams to play
i have a problem to choose the nationality of teams but i think we can resolve this
