Net jump after 1.14

1.14/1.15 is an awesome update, so i'm not complaining about the tonicity consequences on the net play and the net jump. I just want to know how does it work now, as sometimes the jump trigger and sometimes it does not, I just wanna understand when is it gonna trigger, so I can adapt my game style to it.

Well, it just doesn't work anymore. I think this was done intentionally to make the passing shots ultra casual.
