Asking for help PLAYERS MISSING

Hi, can anyone help me fix the following problem?
My playerlist is not complete. There are many "0"s on it. Some players are missing including Zverev, Wawrinka, Kyrgios and others.
I have run the install program for several times but it always says "cannot create the following file \profiles\itst\p_?$$A" finally.
I purchased TE2013 on Steam and I use Windows.
Anyone know the solution to the problem? Appreciate.
