Why I can't signup in the TE tournaments?

Hey, I'm new, I've just install the itst mod on tennis elbow but when I try to signup any tournament this appear: "You can not signup for this a PC Tennis Elbow 2011 tournament"

Personal Page ---> Change User Profile ---> Check box “PC Tennis Elbow 2011 Player” ---> Click “Submit" ---> Sign up for TE tourney of your choice.
