Is there a counter for a player backboarding on a clay service?

It literally destroys any chance of an ace. You cant serve and volley, you just cant do anything.

And no, I don't mean Nadal. I mean every player just does this. At least on hard courts and grass you can still serve well agaisnt a backboarder.

Clay slows everything down, giving no chance.
