Protect your key!

Looks like we had someone who signed up and was asking around for anyone to share his key. I just want to stress again that you should never share your key. No matter how nice the other person seems to be or whatever sad story he has. Not even if you think you can trust the other person.

We cant keep these guys out of ITST as they are not recognisable from the start. So its your own responsibility to keep your key to yourself. If someone does approach you through the pm system please let me know as soon as possible. Its from now on an instant ban for anyone who tries to gain a key this way through ITST.

Unbelievable. I told a good friend of me about the game and he orderer it too. He wanted to buy it and was waiting for the activation mail with the TE Key. As he didn't really understand what kind of mail he would get he asked me to show him the content of the mail so he could see it. I tought I could trust this guy cuz I know him for a long while so I showed him but when I did this he tought to be a smart ass, downloading the key for free. I instantly told him to delete the key and so he did, but now my key doesn't work anymore.. anything I can do?

uff.. you should have copy/pasted the mail body, not transferred the mail with the attached file obviously. I think the keys wich are used simultaneously from different ip's are banned automatically.

You should probably contact Manutoo an tell him your story.

I actually did copy paste the mail.... I didn't know he could get my key like that. And yes I contacted manutoo yesterday but I don't know how often he is online no reply yet.

Ha yes right i just checked the original email i received and there is a second way available to get the key, downloading it with the key register feature with the provided customer ID....

With the initial email you used to buy it, send a message to contact@managames.com I think and explain your issue he will send it again I think.

It should be in a mail from Managames as well, the one you received when you paid for the game.

It wasn't in my Hotmail but in Mozilla Thunderbird. When i formatted my pc everything was gone.
