I wouldn't say this. TE is a fixes scripted game with limited controls. It becomes too repetitive especially at high level play.
Not to mention the dev don't care much about the game bugs or content anymore..

FA is very fun and has a realistic approach and I believe with time and the fixes, it will surpass TE like its nothing.

For the content, maybe it's because I'm working on its sequel and thus I should invest the little time I have in it and not in the old version ? Logic ?

And for the bugs, I just did a couple of bug fixes for TE2013 in the past weeks, and added the smooth rendering a few months back, so what you say is just plain false and idiotic (like usual, some people would say ).

I believe he means scripted liked rehearsed or choreographed, not like php javascript for scripting etc

I am glad to hear it's already better although I find it strange you came to defend your game in a different section in the forum but since you are here have you played Full Ace? I am curious about your impressions if you have.

of course, he didn't mean javascript (at least I hope so), but script as in movie script as in a predetermined sequence of events (ie: the meaning of game scripting), which TE isn't as it's formula based like anyone knowing his stuff would guess.

I corrected his post because if I didn't so people may think it's true and start to trash me all around the Internet (it all already happened in a recent past), so I'm doing my (boring) job here.

I didn't see a link to latest Full Ace version (maybe I have missed it ?), but anyway I guess I'll wait for the final version to test it out. I had played the v1.0 years ago and it was too technical for my taste, but it's good as it offers 2 different games & visions for the tennis fans !

I definitely agree that there is most probably room for both FA and TE's visions of the game, which are different and can only be compared to a certain extent.

To be fair, it's not JasonBourne who brought TE to the thread but C4iLL's post. Maybe I could have asked ITST admins to remove it straight away, so it wouldn't come to this, but I didn't expect it would devolve like this, and I didn't think about it. I'm guessing when I get hold of ITST admins, they will remove those posts or move them to another discussion.
