You have to open the port UDP 4321.

Type in google your internet provider + open port, you will find the method, it takes 1 minute to do it.

Hello :)
To open port 4321, what I have to put in destination port?

"@ IP de destination ou nom de l'ordinateur"

There you should write the LAN ip of your computer, because in a lan network there can be several computers / hardware connected each wich a different IP, so the router has to know to wich one he needs to forward the packets incoming on the defined port.

Your local lan network IP should usually be something like 192.168.0.* or 10.0.0.*

You can easily check your lan ip using a dos command prompt window and typing "ipconfig" command :

then check "Adresse IPv4" for your LAN ip.

Note that usually the router dynamically allows the lan ip's automatically (with DCHP protocol), and sometimes
the local ip your computer is been assigned may change ( like after some weeks or months, it happens sometimes), so your port forwarding may stop working and you may then re-check the ip and edit the port forwarding rule again.
Hello friend ;)

I have a LAN connection I think.. CPU is hooked up to the computer so I'm assuming its LAN.. I can't understand how to open the UDP port 4321... I typed in the internet provider, plus open port. I went to port forwarding and starting port I put 4321, ending port I put 4321 and protocol I put UDP... what IP address do I put? I'm not very good at these things... thanks.
