DX9 ITSTMod

My ITST mod TE is glitching really badly, I have Dx9 installed, but I can't select it in game. On my unmodded game, I can select it. Does anyone else have this problem?

This will be fixed in ITST Mod 1.18. A .txt file for the menu had to be edited and that's it.
