TE13 sometimes laaaags so much

Hi again! Did you have that situation, that after few games online, or after first set TE just slowing down to about 3FPS, the turtle logo is there all the time, and there's no other option, than just quit the game and WO. Did you have that? I had it about 4 times. I don't know if it is my foult, or oponnent's.
