+inf ping when joining

I have this problem for some time and it is pretty annoying. i'm wondering if anyone else had experience with this. whenever i try to join game, my ping is +inf. if the same person that hosted joins me everything is fine. i turned off firewall, antivirus, nothing helped. does anyone have some idea?
