Help signing up for tournaments

hello, im new to this site and ive been trying to sign up for tournaments, but it keeps saying "You can not signup for this a PC Tennis Elbow 2011 tournament." If anybody can help me figure out what's wrong it will be great! Thanks in advance! :)

Have you registered for the TennisElbow tour?
Go to Personal Page->Change your user profile->Check the TennisElbow2011 Player.
