For me the main problem of TS4 is that it's impossile to fail (mistake). Yeah, maybe you can mistake when you arrive late to a ball (no more than 7 errors in 3 set), but when you attack (risking a lot), you never mistake, EVEN ON PuRPOSE . The ball always goes in.

Mistakes are part of tennis, and if you can't fail, or its very difficult to do (or the mistakes are absolutely random) then I think the game has a problem. And think too that GTS2 will have the same problem

ts4 will be perfect if ball goes to the net with a 'too soon' timing and out of the court with 'too late' timing... and also fix the movement of players on court

I think if you hit with bad timing it should definitely go out at least 70% of the time. I think they have it reversed where it goes out on a small percentile and goes across poorly the other. This should just be reversed and the game would be a lot better. I also think that some of the shots it allows you to hit while constantly on the run get to be a little ridiculous. I remember it being a lot harder to play on the run in TS3.

Gamestop has the release date as 2/14/2012...I expect that to change
Seems I can't cross that threshold just yet :(

Viera... You would have probably liked ts3 for the ps3; much smoother movement than the xbox version...

Oh yea... Even if that was all it took, you do realize you're talking about at least 30% of the game! Movement is very important, especially in a tennis game!

I totaly agree the game would be better if errors are more frequent.

Wouldn't it be great if this was possible to change in the options menu? Like in fifa 12 where u can change the passing accuracy(i think). Then when u setup a playermatch u can set the errorlevel.

The real problem, imo, is not the number of errors, is that the errors are abolutely RANDOM. I've sent out of the court some balls with good or perfect timing, and in the same situation i have put in the court thousand balls with too soon or too late timing, even making winners

I played both versions. Feel free to check my record on either tour.

While I played better on xbox, the movement was indeed smoother on the PS3. Despite that, it still felt fairly clunky.

This game looks pretty good, the only thing i don't like is all those signs showing up when they hit the ball

better than i expected, the net game seems to be a pain in the ass again though, Djokovic goes over and over to the net and Nadal can't do anything to pass him, just like in TS4 with the good volley players
