Hey all thats me finally calling it a day from here , have really enjoyed the last 2 and half yrs on here . Havent manged to get to grips with the new game also the guys on here are simply too strong lol but wanna thank all the hosts , and people have played with over the last 2 an half yrs ,

I have the same problem and honestly I don't like the mechanics of TS4 and hate 2KSports with a passion. But I still love tennis and this is the only real tennis game right now.

One question: Have you tried changing your playing style? There are some builds that are clearly more effective in this game.

Of course il still keep an eye on things on here , i just dont enjoy it anymore losing first round after first round and yes ive tried many play styles , i just cant get used to the mechanics of the game , my biggest pet hate is that slice that nullifies any power u hit against someone and it ends up being over used , but still Ive enjoyed my time playing in the events of course , but as for playing any more of them , no more

Yeah, slice is kind of overwhelming in this game. Player on the run fully stretched deep wide is able to slice back deep into your court. That shot is just not there in tennis at any level.

I'm not quitting but i'm kind of over this game as well because:

Defense>Offense

The whole game is geared to making it as easy as possible to get the ball back in play when in reality it should be just as hard to hit an effective defensive shot that allows you to stay in the point as it is to hit an effective offensive shot. And control v. power? Control wins hands down.

Hopefully they fix world tour but the game with it's pro defense mentality has just killed the fun out of it.

Also where are the service winners/ROS errors/forced errors?
they don't seem to exist in this game.
