Wimbledon doubles and other doubles

Hi everyone,

I like the concept of doublesplay, but in this way it wil never work. In Roland Garros there are almost all walkovers, only 1 match is played. Even the final isn't played yet! And in Wimbledon the deadline ended many days ago, but there are no updates. When i entered myself into the tournament, i thought that there was enough time to end it, but because of all this i probably can't. I go next week on holiday and with this low speed the tournament will not be finished by then yet. According to the deadlines, it should be. So whats going on..?

Sorry if i use bad tone, because its not my intention to be rude or something. I'm just wondering how the doubles can work in the future, cuz this isn't working..

(P.S. My doublespartner is DennieFR1908, if i am gone, can he play with somebody else to finish it? Because he will also be punished with an WO if he can't because of all this...)

Yeah unfortunately the doubles tour doesn't seem to work really well but in the xbox tour many more matches are being played.
I can't offer a solid explanation for that (maybe the xbox doubles pairs are more repsonsible?).
I think keeping the deadlines strictly like in the singles tour is a good idea,since no one cares to try and arrange their match because they know that actually there are no deadlines for the doubles.
However it is difficult to arrange a specific time and date when it is about 4 people,so I suggest these strict deadlines are slightly longer than the ones being used now.
Plus,we need more doubles teams.Come on people,we are over 200 active members here!!

yes he can, we're not gonna be fussy about detail, most important thing is to get the matches played

I've got a question (hope to explain it in a good way with my bad english): how can doubles be played? When i try to play a double online it says to me that if you want to play a double you must have your partner on the same ps3. When i saw this topic i tried again to do it (i thought i've done something wrong when i first tryed) but i got the same result. I really would like to play doubles but i just can't underst how

that's the point, you need your partner to be in the same room
