Is there any update/date on 2k's fix for the server issue??

Its beyond a joke now! Been over an hour trying to play a match on World Tour! Its a joke!

its so annoying i no i usually play the 250 events more chance to get games in them then the grand slams i find but atleast we know they are working on a fix

I have been 'cut off' 3 times this season losing the matches before I have even played a point.

In my opinion the Ranking is now pointless as it does not reflect the true results. they should also reset that too.

I don't expect anything from 2K anymore regarding an update. They are suppose to be working on it ever since PSN came back on, released an update in the meanwhile for the game but nothing to fix this issue. Their status is that they are working on it. But no update to the community at all for two months. I've said earlier i have no doubt they are doing their best to fix this. But as of now i think it's just not their priority at all anymore.

From my experience if there is an uneven number and more people playing than waiting or at least close to that number you have a good chance to get in. Unless it's more than 7 than you can give up and move on and play 2k or player match and stop wasting time.

Its been so long that I wonder whether 2K even cares anymore. Very annoying because I can't get platinum since Direct Matches don't work AT ALL.

Yeah as far as i know it is working again almost as it should. It is not perfect yet, see thread in general topspin 4 section for details but way better than the 21 waiting, 2 playing like it was before.
