MY WINS ARE ALL DELETED

I HAD 390 WINS IN THE 2K OPEN BUT NOW I ONLY HAVE 220 wins the server or whatever deleted my wins there are two rankings the rankings with the wins shows the false data but the other ranking with the points is correct what can i do and have others the same problem
Sorry for my english guys hope you can understand me :( ?!
