Tournament Seedings

I know it's a bit (as in extremely) early to be talking about this but it's my first season playing on ITST and I was wondering when do seedings in tournaments usually begin?

When there are rankings to determine seedings on. And thats when the first week of tournaments have ended. I think thats in about a week.
