volley stats

I have just play a practise match vs someone and i don't want to call his name, but i lost 6-4. Normally i win 6-1 or 6-2, but this time he used a player with 97 volley. I know this is a subject where lots of players talked about, but this **** my up. I hope this stat will be forbidden at the US Open. I don't want to lose against such like this players. My opponent played serve and volley all the time and i have no opportunity to break him. 1 time he broke me because he go to the net 1 servicegame of mine. I hope we can bring this stat back to 70 or 80. Than you have the opportunity to do something back.

Whats the difference between 97 Power ( like so many people using it now) and 97 S&V? both are stupid IMO

Yes, power and volley 97 are not real. Which player of the real tennis can hit a winner with 200 km/h and who can hit 2 hours long with 100 km/h?
Come on guys this is not realistic.

A 89 or 90 cap on all attributes would do wonders on the ITST tour, IMO.

some players play only 4 the win...

and I bet you get such an opponent ... just sad that people spend money to play so boring... i have no idea where is the fun...

but when i get a boring opponent i leave... i dont waste my time with this gay players

chillachriz, are you now going to "hunt down" every complaint thread and post in it? Is your intention to "spread" the negativity?

This is not cool man, at all. You not helping ITST or me. In fact, you hurting both. Is this some kind of vendetta? :evil:

You free to do what you want, I am not stopping you from posting....I am just really disappointed that even thou you not playing anymore, you are going out of your way to expand on every complaint thread, taking time out of your day to do that. I thought you better then this man.

There are tons of problems with TS4, SIM tour will address some. It will offer a much needed alternative and I am sure will be fun for someone who is looking to play with realistic setups.

If u couldnt pass him at the net its your problem mate not the game.

While i agree that 97 volley or power is unrealistic, TS4 is a game its not real life and u can pass him at the net if ur smart and or good at TS4.

I try well i am the number 8 of the world at the moment. I tried lobs, passings shots with control shots, slice topspin and flat balls. There is no opportunity to break them. What is fun when you play S&V with 97 volley? If they think there are so good they make a mistake.

you must have misunderstood me ... I have not said anything against ITST ... I said only that he will probably take on such an opponent ... I have no idea where the problem is here now ...

Well im ranked 83 in the 360. but i can safely say im way better than my ranking.

Anyway while i cant safely talk about the ps3 TS4(didnt even know this was ps3 forum xD) i can say that so far ive never lost to a volleyr in world tour(ive got more than 1000 wins WT+2K open) while ive never played against a volleyer in ITST, what i can tell you its that if you mix your shots well and watch your oponnent pattern you can pass him in the net.

Unless your oponnent is the God of S&V.

@LokiSharpShootr : i got some S&V players... but realy i dont know why.. but i win all my matches vs these players... they have no chance to break my... and at the tiebreak i get one or two lucky returns and break these players...

but its realy hard to play vs a good S&V player...
