Opponent leave to create another player to counter mine

What about this? I had a match against Omidje90 and after few attempts we could finally play. He hosted our match and waited for me ending my match on WT. When I finally arrived after 3 mins, he immediately left and sent that message "30 mins I create another player"!! I guess he thought his IR/CPS couldn't rivalize with my SV so he thought he had to create another one to have a chance to win that match. I told him I would report this and he didn't need to hurry 'cause I won't wait for him because I was busy and couldn't play after.
I'd like to know your opinion about this? Is it allowed to do that?

haha thats really bad if he was leaving just to get another player he already created then np but to go make a new 1 and make you wait 30mins is not on i would let the host know about this as that is too much of a pisstake to be honest!

Seriously ? There's players here who actually do it ? It will be kind of super unfair behaviour, like 'oh no wait you play this setup ? Ok lemme change' ôo If someone do it to me, I don't think I'll play the match..

Anyway, back to the subject, this is sick, big time xd
Despite that IR/CPS seems to be a good setup against S&V, I guess.

its frowned upon but it has happaned and been done vs me loads of times lol so aint as uncommon as you think but to make your person wait to go MAKE 1 is taking it to a whole new level lol

Exactly no need to report this on a public forum. Where are hosts else for don't you think? . It's better to lock this thread.
