Do the hosts even do their jobs any more

I had a ws final on friday and my opponent "accidentally" reported the wrong score in which he won 6-4 7-6. This is WRONG, i won 4-6 6-1, 7-6. I have proof of this too!

Anyway i messaged the host (my opponent claims to have done so too) but have not heard anything so can someone sort this?!

It's not their job, it is their freetime and sometimes you have less of it. In any case, if you don't get a quick response from a host, you can always contact someone from management or a Senior Host to take care of an urgent issue.
