respect? hard to show respect to someone who is never respectful, do you want me to tell you all the disrespectful PMs i get from many of you?, what? because i'm a Host and i have to make match decisions you guys can insult me? and tell me that i suck as a host or i'm a joke (this was the last one), and i can not reply? never?, check all my messages and you see my behaviour on the forums , you can count my "bad" reactions on the fingers of one hand.

I would take this insult seriously but, first, this was a retaliation, granted, uncalled for, nevertheless a retaliation. In a similar situation with two members involved, the thread would have been locked an both guys would have been asked to cool off. This is a bit different. The retaliation didn't come from disagreement about the game, or because of character frictions... this retaliation was prompt by an insult of a banned member and by inability to stop him from spamming our forum.

Bottom line, Moralspain gets two things:

- First, a warning (his first offense)
- Second, ability to suspend members, to prevent them from spamming the forum


@Dapery, you are right, as a management we are obligated to show respect even to the lowest of the low. Although at times one of us may lose his cool, trust me, this is one time out of hundreds and rarely groundless. You should see some of the PMs me and other hosts getting, remember, Moralspain hosts 4 tournaments at any given moment and moderates our forum. Not only he has to deal with 32x4 = 92 members in his tournaments, but also make sure accounts like YouJobless don't make this place into their personal playground.

Sorry I have been a way a bit too long off the forum but is this turning into some form of joke or something? Are really some people that stupid that they can't see what is going on here?

Now believe it or not I am actually not bias in the slightest, long standing ITST member / news writer or not. However some of the crap I have seen on here against ITST lately it simply absurd.

Lets cuts to the chase, on the above MoralSpain (Xavi) is the best person I have come across on this site, a gentleman by name and a good online friend since I joined. So he blows up when one too many insults come his way, so flipping what eh? Anyone who knows him and this site are right behind him, management or no management. I am all for name dropping in this one because I have am really losing my tether: Dapery, what are you talking about, use your brain and read the posts man, a random loser (probably someone like Berson, Equitendallas or some other pond life) is creating an account on 1st October as "you jobless" as you think this kind of person deserves any respect if he is antagonizing people?

On the Berson subject, I until all of this thought the guy was decent, just like Anil did, however I was obviously fooled, just like I was by Equitendallas and believe you me people like this troll, cheese, lie and are generally bad for site likes this, including Holla Itz Mike. I was world number 1 SIM TS3 but that does not grant me a free ticket to start making havoc on the world. The decisions that this site is making are well thought out, forget how you come across these banned or suspended members in PM's or how they hit a forehand, it is how they conduct themselves behind the scenes and therefore let the people who voluntary run this site (and do a cracking job of it) get on with running this site.

Hey Dapery, man I am also 31 years old, small world eh. I know we are pretty much on the same page on this one but I don't agree that a person who has created an account to spam (I.e not a genuine member) deserves "respectful" treatment, not in the slightest. However that's just my opinion. On the 1000 posts about no.1, I used it in this instance because I felt it appropriate in this case to demonstrate that top players are not bigger than this site. Your comment made me smile though nevertheless

It really is sad to see how little understanding & respect some people have for the Hosts & what they bring to the ITST......

Without hosts you have no worthwhile tournaments, you have no organisation....without them the ITST will grind to a halt!

You can't just abuse & abuse & expect no reaction....they're volunteers, they do this for no reward....the site depends on their passion & good will.

Yes they have to be customer focussed at all times & of course snapping like that is wrong but people really need to open their eyes a bit.....

The ITST isn't some big money making machine, it's operated by passionate people giving up their free time to try & make this game a more enjoyable experience for equally minded people....the last thing Hosts need is to be made to feel unappreciated through unwarranted personal attacks.

There have always been morons intent on disrupting the smooth running of the ITST & it's the Hosts & Management who have to cope with those individuals.....some members really need to recognise all the effort going on behind the scenes.

The ITST is a fantastic concept. It's a place made up of one of the most committed & loyal member bases I've ever come across, so please support those dedicated to keeping this place so fantastic instead of making them feel like they want to quit!
