We saw in your Burns Sim video, that you aren't as good at the net as you think with your low percentage of points won at the net...

But that's fine, keep dreaming ;)

But I went to 3 sets with a near 75% success rate at the net, and in that same match vs versus Sh0 you lost 6-0 6-0 with burns... But anyways your right, I suck at the net unline you, you beast ;)

Fifa "Bad Faith" Tee will never trolling... Let's then continue this never end debate ;)

Why do you take that match as a reference as I was almost inactive at that moment ?

The real reference to take, is indeed a match at the ATP Masters we played in december, when I was at 100% of my abilities. I broke him and got some set points, he was just lucky to win that match ;) I still have some videos of that match by the way.

So, off course you took him a set with Burns, and me 0. But 2 things :

1) He used a better setup against me than he did against you if I remember well.

2) You didn't play as a real SV with Burns : you came like 1 point/game at the net... That's not comparative. Everybody is able to come at the net to finish points ;)

Best net player i ever played was Khult, even with low volley stats he would come a lot to the net and had a supernatural way of always predict where i was going to hit and always put the ball in the hardest place for me to get.

Yeah Khult was the first player to frustrate me at the net, he's a better S+V player than C4ill too.

Khult is good at net, but he's a Fifa Tee like : he does not play as a SV trhoughout all the match, he just finishes point at net.
That's then not comparative.

I know reality is sometimes hard to face but, except me...No true SV player in both PS3/Xbox ever reach the final of any tournament played by more than 100 people.
At that period, the best players were playing : Berson, Loki, Sh0case, Fifa, Khult, Jimboo, Indiantonike, Avinash, Supermassy etc.

And to conclude about Khult : in that tournament, he was defeated by a guy I beat in semi-final afterwards.

So be happy a new update has been published in september 2011, because if not, you would not have won so many tournaments with me around ;)

Strange to see this discussion in a post called "What is fairplay". The argument is who is better now??

In top level If one player wins against another doesn't mean he's better in general than his opponent. Depend the feeling player has that day with the game. In Fifa vs C4iLL video is obvious C4iLL had an awful day and Fifa a great day. Only 3-4 players are constantly almost perfect, Sho, Fifa, ILuvBillVall, Swifty and some other ones I forgive. A great player is always ready to adact himself at a bad day and find his focus match in a bad day.

So who is better? Who is constantly on the top, at the moment the players I said in my opinion
Khult? Khult is not normal, he has a "shot opponent radar at the net"

C4ill can I ask you a question? With new rules I think is more simple to go to net for a non SV player. With a low volley stat every good player can execute a good volley. The question: why do you not consider to switch to all around built (like Khult for exemple who did a great work with Bickam) and use your natural net talent like many others top players? You could be really dangerous and stop to complain in every thread for lobs (I agree with you about lobs spamming) and for passing shot sniper skill

With all my respect

Sorry Painted I've just seen your answer.

Your idea is interesting, I think I would habe better results by playing with a baseliner and going to the net often (as playing volleys with 40 in volley is not as difficult as some people think)/

But the fact is :

1) I play as a SV in every tennis games I play (even in reality).
2) I really care to keep representating the SV spirit.
3) It's a harder challenge trying to win with such a setup.
4) I don't like the boring control-shots rallies in baseline ;)

So I stay like that. I've recently played SupremeLoren who has changed its mind about lobs for instance, he didn't abuse of them and he won in 3 sets.

The match was more fun for me, and I think for him too. At the end, he got my felicitations ;)

So maybe people gonna change with my topics !
