Draw always after 2 days

A question for the hosts.
Why the draw is ready everytime after 2 or 3 days after the beginning of the tournaments?
When I signed up for a tournament always I consider my free time or my traveling and sometimes I have to give WO to my opponent and 1 time my opponent send 60 60 (GCugini after He send me the answer the same day of the deadline) and for Djarvik is all ok (I send him a pm)....
Same problem with Kevin, his answer are always 1 day before the deadline and 2 times he was angry with me cause I couldn't play the same day of the deadline. Other players never answer until the deadline day (Bevoaustintx for example).
No one problem with old members....

Maybe hosts have other to do and I respect their problems but I think it's to time for a definitive rule.
YOU HAVE to sent a pm or an answer in the next 2 days from the raw.
