what are the ranking 100+ tournies?

Are they for unranked? Currently there are only 88 ranked players listed

We will have a lot more ranked players then 100 when the tournaments of 11 April finish. For this week its going to be mainly for new players yes .

Is it possible to signup for a 100+ tourney and a challenger tourney which have the same starting date ?

Futures never begin on the same day as challengers to allow people to sign up for a future and a challenger each week.
Do notice that if you play both events you will quickly rise up above the 100 place in the ranking.
