in TS4 are every month special events ,whats the deal ?

which event is it worth to play; instead playing sparring matches ??

in which event you earn the most XP or other important stuff for the carriere?

or is it better to play only sparring matches and not to play the special events ?

After my first leveled player I skipped sparring partners all together, you can't use the xp points so they don't matter. I used the special events to gain fans.
