"Fast Player Building" on unlock overview

To unlock "fast Player Building" in player creater you must play a match with a fully devloped player.....does this mean once u beat the career mode once you can make players up to a level 20 as fast as you want?! i hope so

hehe all right it better is. I am a lil bit confused today and can't really decide which Style to choose. Right now I am a allround at Level 7, 3 S&V, 2 OFB 2 DFB. ^^
