Think I agree with Dennie, Maturano.

Playing other set ups you at least feel you have a chance. You don't feel 'overpowered'. Welch sucks all the fun out of playing.

Against Welch you know even if you play the best you can...you will still lose.

I think this thread shows how much support there is for banning Welch. Only the Welch players and the best players don't want him banned.

Correct me if i am wrong but 90% of all users who complain about welch are using settings with 60 or less speed.

do not have huge problems against good welch players who uses control shots. the real problem is bob and the one trick pony players.

Welsh is just ruining the tennis experience in this game. Impossible shots just about all the time as a result of a highly unrealistic setup. I

This is exactly my point. It ruines my motivation to keep competing on tour. Less skilled players just have to take Welch and abuse short cross shots and a new top player is born.

Like I saw Loki say once,

"If you want to be good, just take Welch and learn to abuse his control shots."

Actually(and im looking to my quote right now if you think otherwise) what i said was to take welch and master control shots. Which is true, but i was beating people with Welch b4 the update, and i had some very good matches with Sh0case and Fifa Tee on SIM or without Welch, that was before i stopped playing and they became well what they are now.

But yeah i agree especially after the new update Welch is the best coach, the same way Rabary was the best b4 the update and b4 it was that TI/MD or the MD/Rocket somethin coachs.

Its no use to just keep banning the best coaches as the management must´ve realised some time ago.

But some limitations to Welch stats like you gotta use the 2/0/18 build (2 being SV)would help evening the odds i think.

Edit: as much as i have defended TS4 i must agree that it lacks in many aspects the thrill of a real tennis match(ive started playing tennis again after a 6 months break and i simply cannot look at the cross court control shots rallies that it makes me want stop playing TS4).

Don't want to sound arogant, but I'm no bad player myself. And I know players like Fabada and Zooloo also don't like Welch. only players who belong to the "best" who doesn't like to see welch banned that I know of are fifa tee and sh0case.

Conclusion is simple and clear. Playing Welch = horrible.. no fun at all. This alone should be reason enough to ban because ppl play games for joy.

But management isn't banning all the best coaches man, they havn't banned a single coach since the beginning where MD was banned.. It's also not about banning the best coach but about the way these coaches (welch, md) play.

BTW, funny part is that MD was banned at a time he had 90/80 wings, it was an indestructable combination. wings like welch with also high power and the Md skill. I think the problem was more about the superhigh wings then the MD skill. His wings are alot lower now. I think I would actually not have much trouble with playing MD at this point. I think that IS exegerated, welch isn't.

Where do you get this stuff dennie? read my old xbox posts, i said, if welch is banned i will never lose again, so i wanted the coach banned. But then i realised that no players are effective with welch if i play well and i dont use welch, so i didnt feel the need to jump on this bandwagon welch hate stuff, you dont need to be welch to beat welch. I wouldnt complain if it was banned as i dont even use it.

Come on xbox and play IMaturano's welch. Then tell me something about how these amazing "short cross" ps3 players are. I played about 3 welchs when i was on the ps3 tour with my zajic, tough matches, but inevitable wins.

And as you can see from posts by guys like Tamthewasp, knowing that i used welch, i was still expected to lose? This update came out a long time ago aswell, so i dont know why the complaints are only just coming out..?

There were none of these complaints from before i beat Fabada. Fabada has only lost to myself and Sh0's welch players this year. Before this i hadnt seen any of these complaints as fabadas rabary won like 20matches straight... whereas a guy like you loses to almost any old welch player, funny eh?

All very explainable when you can think a little deeper then you can do. I don't like to repeat myself so often but I play the game for fun. Playing Welch= No fun=No motivation= No timing = No Wins.
