I'll drop shot, short slice, approach shot, etc... pretty much anything if they think they can get away with super slow serves. But....

....it is possible to hit really powerful returns off them, and that's what I usually do.

That's generally what I do, too.

They give you a lot of time to charge up your power and direction, so if you can 'perfect' or even 'good' it on the timing, the other guy will be struggling to get to your return if you just power it deep down the line.

Especially since a lot of these guys stand way out on the deuce side and leave the right side of the court completely open.

Sometimes, i slice it down the line a couple of times, then, when they anticipate it and run to cover it, i wrongfoot them with a short angle topspin.

I really hate the powderpuff serve. Because hitting it with flat shot doesn't work. Topspin is okay. I just try to slice it back and hurry into defensive.
It sucks because it's not like they haven't been serving big the whole match and once they're not winning much on serve they go pull this crap.
so yeah, slice works for me, not all the time though. I really want to drop shot back and dare them call me a cheesy noob
Seems I can't cross that threshold just yet :(
