I have a shot counter semi volley king setup with a 76 forehand 66backhand but I am told that this setup is not strong enough. How can I keep these skills but have a better forehand and backhand?

What is the best setup? I have been playing for around a week but have played many offline games with tam. He says the shot counter is the best, but is that the best because I have played three players with three different setups and lost them all.

You play very well for a one week player! Yeah, download the calculator, that will make wonders for you!

Personally, I focus more on the attributes I want to have than the skills my coach gives me, so I don't know... But I acknowledge my "reach swings expert", especially when not in clay!

If you like power, I am pretty sure that there is a setup with 70+ power also with 70+ forehand and backhand! After choosing something, just master it :D. Since you have tam around, just beat him ;)
