Welch setup differences

Hi,
I'm new to this forum and i belong to the list of poor guys struggling themselvs through career and WT with Neuwirth, preferring good placed angled shots to power play.
Then, accidentally, I discovered this fantastic community, I made my welch setup (1-0-19, 2/2) and suddenly my player wins with only one hand (in hard modus).
The question is which is actually the most effective setup, 0-2-18, 2-0-18 or the like and which fh/bh combination provides the best results for precision shots. You are more experienced than me and because with Welch I discovered a total new world, maybe you can tell me whether a difference of few points in an attribute can really make a difference, like e.g. 53 reflexes instead of 50. Thank you.

make him 0-2-18 so u increase both his power and serve evry1 has him 0-2-18 and it's up to u if u want both wings 86 or make one of em 90+ its about what u like most

Yeah 0-2-18 is the way to go. Those extra points in serve and power are fairly helpful. Whether you create equal wings or a strong wing is a matter of preference. I'm using a somewhat SIM-like approach, if I create a player with a two-handed backhand, I'll go 2/2 and for a one-handed backhand 3/1 or 4/0. If you love toying around with inside outs, definitely go 3/1 or 4/0. In this case, a 3/1 would be 91/81 red wings which is damn nice.

I played 5 matches with my Welch bitch yesterday. Won the first 3 and then lost against the same Rabari guy twice, 3-4 and 0-3 (think his spec was 0-13-7). In both matches I couldn't manage to get a break point and half of my serve games went over deuce. I think the kicker is Instant Rocket that allows you to put fast top spin players under enormous pressure (most of his points were winners). I guess Rabary is the counter setup for Welch. I have a 0-15-5 Rabary waiting in the sidelines, will do some testing once I get sick of Welch.
