There is no point asking how to create a lookalike. There are so many options for creating faces its nearly impossible to share how it was done. Your best bet is to have a try yourself, post a picture of your try here and people will tell you what you might do better.

As for his attributes. I'd go with a big serve. Im pretty sure you're quite limited in the attribute options then.
