47 vs 52 spd

Can anyone confirm that theres a significant difference btw 47 and 52 spd ? Does the jump from gray to yellow change anything at all?

If you know how to use the R1 button, it won´t make any difference. I´ve seen players with less then 50 speed stat "running more" than my players in the house of 50/60. Oh yes, I don´t use the the magic R1 button wisely...

Unfortunately not. You can use it reach the balls faster. There are some topics about that, but I couldn´t find it. If anyboby can remember where it is, please help... :)

If you hold the R1 button or right trigger while running from side to side you will run faster at the expense of stamina. Since stamina basically has no effect this allows slow players to turn into Nadals and Djokovics. ;) The game would be better without the use of the R1 button or right trigger.

These changes are always the most significant ones: Whenever you go from one color to another one the difference will be felt immediately, even if it is just one or two points difference.

If you hold R1/RB after you hit your strokes, your player will take larger steps to the side(take a good look at your player feets) thus allowing him to repositiong himself faster on the best position to get the next ball, it wont make you run faster when trying to get it thought.

I wish the R1 button only existed for approach shots and S&V -- it makes it so much easier to get to cross court balls. I tried playing a match without using it to move around on the court, and I gave up tons more winners than I do when I use it, because my player couldn't run down anywhere near as many balls.

ive only used R1 to center myself on the court, not to run down shots.
