Bug on serve??

Hello guys
Today I played a match in wt and something happened me that already happened 2 times this year. My opponent was a 100 power (89 FH classic Gallo).
That's what frustrated me, even though I won the match.
80% of his services, performed by the default position or a step from this (a fair position), were performed with the top spin button, the button b for those who play on 360, at maximum power. Many of these were directed towards my player and not angled.
At this point the frustrating event, many of these services went exactly in the middle of my player without him doing anything, as if he was a ghost vanishing. I tried to respond in any way and from any position, nothing to do.
It 'happened to anyone here?
