Is there something wrong in WT?

So lately I've been playing WT and everything feels super different. Everything feels a bit faster, almost arcade-esque. All my shots are suddenly more effective, I can hit really ridiculous shallow angles from just about anywhere on the court. Before, even with 75+ wings and control shots, it was very difficult to land those shots without perfect timing and positioning.

It also appears as though ball speed has been boosted or the game gives more of the control back to the player, not really sure. My character is about 85 to 90+ speed. In the past, speed was practically negligible because of half-cocked auto-positioning. But now it seems like players don't have that ability at all anymore. Which I'm perfectly okay with since I never used it anyway. BrushedBigJJ will have to confirm this for us.

I can also hit balls up the line every other shot. That wasn't possible before. It use to require a weak return from my opponent and perfect timing. Now it's painless.

I know someone else mentioned the game felt like "pre-patch". All I know is that WT is a lot easier. Cheesy serves and shots are a lot easier to counter.

I agree, it feels like the patch is gone, I'm almost certain it is. Which is a good thing I think.
