Need help getting ready for the tour

I use to play back in the time of TS3 and back then there was a glitch that allowed you to easily create a player with all the stats in one go. Does it work the same way for TS4. How do I go about preparing a character to play on the tour in TS4?

Finish the career once unlocks the player creator which enables you to make any character you wish.
