Special Events Locked Now?

I've completed every special event but two the Advantage Challenge and the Aveberry Challenge.

I'm trying to finish this game. I have to complete both of those challenges to finish the "Legend" challenges, but now I've been locked out of the "Special Events"

How do I unlock it again and play these two challenges?
